WHAT WILL GLA LOOK LIKE?

It’s a 5-month commitment, meeting every 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings from 5pm-6pm. It is not a lecture or content-driven class as much as a leadership cohort. Together, we will read books, have discussions, and help each other expand our leadership capacity. This goes beyond the realm of the church and will make you a more effective disciple, spouse, mother/father, employee, business person, etc. You will be challenged, but by the end of this 5-month journey you will be a better equipped disciple and leader, who is ultimately able to: LEAD YOURSELF. LEAD A TEAM.

We are taking this step for several reasons but nothing better describes the heart behind GLA more than what Jesus said to his disciples in Matthew 9:36-37:

“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
